Viva Mais gluten-free lasagna is produced with organic corn and rice grown in Italy and is suitable for people who need to exclude gluten from their diet. They do not contain eggs and are therefore also perfect for preparing vegan dishes. They can be used directly in the pan without pre-cooking with liquid sauce and cooked in the oven at 180° for 40 minutes or previously boiled in plenty of salted water for 6 minutes and cooked in the oven for 20 minutes.
