An alternative to enjoy the purest taste of White Tuna – Bonito del Norte. It is prepared in water, which keeps its authentic taste of the sea intact.
White Tuna (Thunnus alalunga), also known as longfin tuna, is the most prized fish for its texture and flavor. It has a long central fin up to two thirds of its size, which gives it the characteristic name of alalunga, or long fin.
Our Natural Bonito del Norte is prepared using traditional techniques, individually line-caught and carefully processed by hand and packaged in water. It is carefully prepared by hand and packaged before being cooked in glass jars.
Once opened, in order to maintain all its flavor for up to five days, we recommend keeping the White Tuna in the refrigerator, preferably covered and completely submerged in its water.
