Not your average tapenade. A flavour bomb of ingredients from Lebanon. Made from black souri olives combined with sharp tasting capers, a splash of red wine vinegar, balanced with Zejd’s pomegranate molasses and seasoned with garlic, rosemary and thyme. We are delighted to be able to offer our customers a product which celebrates the unique taste of Lebanon.
to serve on bread for a quick lunch. Also, delicious spread lightly on slices of roasted aubergine, garnished with toasted pine nuts and pomegranate seeds. A store cupboard favourite, add to stews for depth and flavour.
Once opened, keep refrigerated. Suitable for vegans.
Ingredients: black olives (50%), capers, pomegranate molasses (12.62%), extra virgin olive oil, garlic, dried mint, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, thyme, rosemary, black pepper. All ingredients are grown in Lebanon. No additives. No preservatives.
