Freeze-dried brown rice miso (83%) (whole soya beans, brown rice, sea salt), freeze-dried sweet white miso (11%) (whole soya beans, rice, sea salt), dried wakame (3%), dried green onions, kombu powder (0.3%), organically grown.

Miso is a flavourful Japanese soya food that makes a rich, satisfying soup. This luxurious tasting organic miso soup is made with two varieties of miso and two kinds of sea vegetable.

• How to use: Empty the contents of one sachet into a mug or bowl. Add one cup of hot water, stir, and allow to sit for a minute to let the vegetables fully rehydrate. It can also be used as a readymade stock or seasoning for homemade soups, sauces and casseroles.
